Abstract

Abstract: Digital transformation has fundamentally changed the paradigm of church service, particularly in the context of the Pentecostal tradition that emphasises the role of the Holy Spirit as the centre of church leadership and stewardship. This article aims to develop a conceptual model of Pentecostalism Stewardship Governance (PSG) that integrates three main dimensions: theological, digital, and managerial, as a framework for church service governance in the digital era. The methodological approach used in this article is through a literature review. This model is formulated through a conceptual approach that reviews ten recent studies relevant to Pentecostal theology, church management, and digital service literacy. The study results indicate that PSG-based church governance requires leadership oriented toward spirit-led accountability, where the values of spirituality, transparency, and technological innovation converge to support the ministry's sustainability. Digital Ministry Training becomes a key element in developing digital competencies for church ministers, strengthening theological capacity, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive service culture. Thus, PSG offers a new paradigm for the Pentecostal church in building holistic, accountable, and service-based digital governance.
